Gender Spectrum
Resources for parents, teens, and community members regarding a variety of topics, including education, legal issues, and faith communities. Gender Spectrum also runs live online/call-in peer groups for parents/caregivers, pre-teens, and teens.

TransFamilies
TransFamilies runs support groups, a trans youth leadership program, special topics groups, and youth support groups, with more programs in development. All groups are online, available for families everywhere.

PFLAG provides peer-to-peer support for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them through in-person and virtual meetings, online outreach, and a variety of additional resources and programs.

TransFamily Support Services
TransFamily Support Services guide transgender/non-binary youth and their families through the gender transitioning process to help make it the most positive experience possible. They provide family coaching, assistance with healthcare and insurance issues, help navigating the legal system, and support at schools. All services are provided at no fee.
TransFamily Alliance
TransFamily Alliance is an educational space, resource hub, and support community for parents raising and supporting transgender, nonbinary and gender expansive offspring.
Mama Dragons
Mama Dragons provides peer-led support groups, educational resources, and parenting classes, in a supportive community of over 10,000 mothers of LGBTQ children. Mama Dragons provides programs to support healthy families by helping mothers learn to accept, affirm, and celebrate their LGBTQ children.

Trans Youth Emergency Project
The Trans Youth Emergency Project provides rapid response support directly to the families of youth who are impacted by anti-transgender healthcare bans across the country. They offer logistical and financial support, 1-on-1 custom patient navigation services, and support for families of transgender youth with emergency grants to help them travel out of state for care.

GALAP is a group of transgender, nonbinary, and allied mental health clinicians in the U.S. who believe in improving access to letters for clients who are seeking gender-affirming medical care.
